GENERATORprojects Board Members – Open Call

GENERATORprojects seeks a new Board of Trustees to carry them into an exciting new chapter!

GENERATORprojects are currently seeking a new Board of Trustees to work alongside their Operational Committee under a new constitutional structure. The selected Trustees will be vital in supporting the organisation’s transitional period while ensuring a commitment to their ethos and legacy.

GENERATORprojects hope to select a diverse group of Trustees who are eager to support their Committee and champion the organisation. The selected Trustees will have a range of backgrounds but will hold a shared commitment to artist-led activity in Dundee, the advancement of contemporary art and culture, and peer-led support.

About the role

As GENERATORprojects works in a collaborative, non-hierarchical structure, the role will be shaped in collaboration with their current committee with the aim of writing new policy around the Board and Committee’s responsibilities.

In the interim, GENERATORprojects have suggested the following outline of the role:

The Board will meet a minimum of six times per year, including one Annual General Meeting, and one social, relationship building event with the Operational Committee.

This is a voluntary, unpaid role and the day-to-day administrative, maintenance and programming responsibilities of GENERATORprojects will remain with the Operational Committee.
